SPDP has evolved to become a unique, multi-skilled advisory consultancy for schools. Two of our partners are former Bursars and, with a former Head and the former Chairman of the Independent Schools Bursars’ Association(ISBA) as associates, we are able to advise schools on strategic planning, governance and compliance, on how to drive down their operational and support costs and on increasing income. Typically, we would expect to find 10% savings in staffing and 15% in other costs in most schools without detriment to teaching and learning – SPDP provides a free initial survey to help identify the scope and source of the likely savings.
